After attempting my own troubleshooting, I couldn't get the heater to work. With a new baby they came out and fixed the heater within 5 minutes at no charge before the cold comes. Amazing service. Thank you so much!

We were stuck. End of the gravel road recent snow and no furnace. We'd tried what we knew but could not stop the short cycle and temps in home in low 50s. We called and they happen to be not too far away. Ben had worked in our remote area and he came right away and fixed our issue and we bought some extra parts for the next issue that could happen with an older furnace. Thanks for you help!
