Tradesmen and Craftsmen
We like to tell people that we’re more than tradesmen, i.e. people trained to do a job. We’re also craftsmen. What’s the difference? Craftsmen are people who put in the years and time not just to learn a trade but to master it. For craftsmen, it’s not enough to complete a job. It must be completed correctly, and the final product must be something the craftsmen can stand back and feel proud of. This is why we have such strong warranties: we aren’t "That Guy" where as soon as the truck taillights vanish over the road, the warranty period is over.
Training and Tools Matter to Us
A big part of being a craftsman is training. We spend thousands annually to train our people to ensure they can succeed and deliver the best service possible to customers. We aim to find the right people with the right attitude of service to others. We also invest thousands to update our tools, inventory, and supplies. When the next call comes in, we know we’re able to put the right technician, with the right training, in the truck with the right tools to get the job done successfully. Our goal is to leave the customer with a solution to their HVAC problems.
